You have done everything right and are above the systemrequirements and the SoundFont-bank is still not working?! Here are some solutions that might help:
Installation guide for Creative Audigy and X-Fi soundcards

If you already have a MIDI editor and a Creative Audigy or X-Fi, then this installtion guide is the correct one for you:
- Install the patch from the DVD-ROM/ZIP-file if you use Windows 2000/XP.
- Copy the content of your DVD-ROM/Zip-file to a folder of your choosing. (e. g. C:\Programs\Papelmedia).
- Click on Start and Programs and Creative and search from here through all subfolders for the SoundFont-Bank-Manager. If you not find it, you may have to reinstall it from your soundcard CD in the custom setup.
- Click on "SoundFont Cache" or "MIDI Device" and raise the SoundFont Cache to ca. 350 MByte.
- Click on Bank and select the bank which is displayed here and click on Replace
- Select in the current dialog Papelmedia Final SF2.sf2 in the folder, you have chosen like in point 1. The XXL Version does not work within the SoundFont-Bank-Manager.
- Close all Windows and start playing MIDI-files or start your MIDI editor. DONE!
Basic installation guide
If you do not have a Creative Soundcard like Audigy or X-Fi, but a Windows PC you can use this installation guide:
- Copy the content of your DVD-ROM/Zip-file to a folder of your choosing. (e. g. C:\Programs\Papelmedia).
- Open SynthFont, which you can download and install from here.
- Click in the menu File and Set default SoundFont file
- Select in the current dialog Papelmedia Final SF2 XXL.sf2 in the folder, you have chosen like in point 1.
- Click on Open.
- Click in the menu File and Open MIDI/Arrangment file.
- Select a MIDI file
- Click on Open.
- Click on play the Play button below the main menu.
- Listen to your MIDI file.
- Have fun!
Problem management

- Patch
Did you run the Patch on your DVD-ROM and accepted changes to your registry? After that you must restart! Don't use "Stand-By"!
- Advanced patch
If that did not work try this new patch.
- Download latest driver
Maybe it is a driver problem. The drivers are not properly installed or do not support certain features. Download the latest drivers from Creative Labs.
- Space in path
Maybe your AudioHQ does not work with the folder-path, because of a space-character. Try to load the SoundFont-Bank directly from your CD. If that works, copy the SoundFont-Bank directly to folder with no space-characters (e. g. C:\SF2).
- Reinstall soundcard software
Your soundcard software could be corrupt. Deinstall via "Start > Control Panel > Software > Programs". After that run Setup from you soundcard-CD once more.
- Last chance
Still have problems. Then I can ask Creative Labs: "Why?". Often it is the mainboard-chipset. You are left with two options:
- Papelmedia calls up Creative Labs (takes some days).
- You send your SoundFont back and Papelmedia gives you money back.
